Happy Birthday Simon!! (30/4/12)

Happy 40th Birthday Daddy/Simon!!!  We love you very much and hope you had a great day.

On Monday, Simon turned the BIG 40.  We were lucky enough to have Joan and Rex visiting us in Darwin for a week, so was nice they could celebrate with us.  Simon didn't want a fuss, so our day was pretty low key and focused around food, food and more food (and a few beers and wines!)  In the morning we shared birthday cake with our neighbours - Paul, Nicole, Kate, Daniel and Lucas; Simon & Donna went out for a child free lunch (have to make the most of the babysitters while they are here!) and then the whole family went for dinner at Seafood on Cullen (a seafood buffet restaurant).  The food was so yummy and we ate SO much, plus we had prime position for a beautiful Darwin sunset.  The chocolate fondue was a huge hit with the kids!
